Rev. Keno S. Smith began his ministry journey 15 years ago while attending Bahamas Harvest Church, where his passion for youth ministry took root. On May 1st, 2014, he answered God's call to full-time ministry, leaving behind a decade-long career in IT to become the Youth Pastor at Evangelistic Temple. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from North Carolina Theological Seminary and a certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. As an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God in the Bahamas, including the Turks & Caicos Islands, he continues to serve with distinction. His dedication to the gospel ministry and leadership were further recognized on January 7th, 2024, when he was installed as the Senior Pastor of Evangelistic Temple.

Reverend Dave Cash is a 1990 graduate of Toccoa Falls College where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, with a minor in History. He has a total of 26 years experience in pastoral ministry, and has served Evangelistic Temple since December 2nd, 2012. He has a passion for studying and teaching the Word of God, and is still an avid student of the Greek New Testament. He is intrigued by the advance of modern technology, and enjoys exploring parallels with Biblical prophecy. A born-again Christian since July 13th, 1980, he continues pursuing growth in his Christian walk.

Rev. Bradick Cleare has dedicated over 25 years to preaching the gospel and serving in ministry leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Innovation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led both church and business teams with wisdom and foresight, holding various leadership roles that reflect his commitment to excellence. Currently, he serves as an Associate Pastor at Evangelistic Temple, where he continues to inspire others with his unwavering dedication to faith and service. 

Pastor Jon Montpetitt is a dedicated leader and community builder with a passion for empowering young people and strengthening families. A 2019 graduate of the University of the Bahamas, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a concentration in Religious Studies. He also earned a Master’s in Theology from North Carolina Theological Seminary in 2022. With a background in ministry and event coordination, Pastor Jon combines creativity, organization, and purpose-driven leadership to make a meaningful impact for the kingdom of God. Whether he's planning youth retreats, mentoring students, or supporting church initiatives, Pastor Jon brings excellence, energy, and a passion to everything he does.

Pastor Freddy became an official member of Evangelistic Temple in 2003, serving as an usher and greeter. In 2006 he began teaching Bible study in the Spanish Ministry, and by 2015 he was actively ministering there. He earned a ministry certificate from Evangelistic Temple in 2021 and, in 2022, was appointed pastor of the Spanish Ministry. In 2025 he obtained an additional certificate as a ministry worker. Beyond his church responsibilities, Pastor Freddy is a full‑time private chef. He loves serving people, regularly visits the sick in hospitals, and is passionate about outreach—sharing the gospel with everyone he meets.
